LOCATION

At the Center, Yet Serene —
an Address Enveloped in Calm and Greenery

Chiyoda's Kioicho has long held its place at the heart of the nation.
With direct access to Nagatacho Station, it offers genuine convenience, while the surrounding streets retain the calm and tree-lined character shaped by centuries of history.
Here, the density of urban life and the quality of residential living exist in balance. It is a neighborhood where the city's long history can be

Inherited Legacy and Memory

Kioicho takes its name from three of the Edo period’s most powerful clans: the Kishu Tokugawa, Owari Tokugawa, and Hikone Ii. For centuries, the neighborhood was defined by the grand estates of feudal lords, placing it at the center of political and cultural life through the Edo and Meiji eras.
That long history has left its mark. The pride and refinement cultivated here over generations give the streets an enduring gravitas, one that continues to define the character of the area today.
